- Situated in the heart of London's cosmopolitan Covent Garden, Kingsway Hall, opened in September 1999, is ideal for both business and leisure visitor to London. One of the few remaining privately owned hotels; this luxury 170-bedroom, fully air conditioned hotel is convenient for theatreland and the City. Behind its classical facade is a spacious contemporary foyer leading to an elegant Lounge Bar with comfortable traditional furnisings, an ideal rendezvous for business or pleasure, especially pre- or post-theatre. Exquisite modern cuisine in the 2-AA-Rosette Harlequin Restaurant is matched by an oak-timbered and marble floor set under a gently undulating ceiling - dramatic in concept and colours. Facilities in all bedrooms include satellite and interactive TV, mini-bar, in-room safe and four ISDN lines with UK and US modem as well as 110 Volt access. There are non-smoking floors, same day laundry and dry cleaning and 24-hour room service. Excellent service is provided both for the individual guest and business meetings for up to 150 delegates. The convivial location offers a plethora of shops, bars, restaurants and theatres to explore. The Royal Opera House is close by; easily accessible are the British Museum and Oxford Street.
Kingsway Hall is just a five minute walk from either Covent Garden or Holborn tube stations. From Covent Garden station main exit turn right onto Long Acre Road, remain on this road and it becomes Great Queen Street and Kingsway Hall is located on the right hand side, next to the New Connaught Rooms. From Holborn station main exit, turn left down Kingsway and Great Queen Street is the second road on the right, with Kingsway Hall located on the left hand side.
To ease the stress Centre is ideal for healthy relaxation and toning up. This fully equipped multi-gym features a large circular whirlpool, steam rooms, shoers and of course excellent changing facilities.
